Received a product in damaged condition:-
We prioritize careful packaging to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances resulting in a damaged product, we offer the option to cancel your order and issue a refund or provide a replacement. Please report any such concerns within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will take prompt action. Complaints received beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for order cancellation.
Incorrect items received:-
We are very particular about our fulfilment process and ensure that the right order reaches the right person at the scheduled time. However, in case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will arrange reverse pickup and will get the right product delivered at the earliest. Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt and we will take the necessary steps. In case a complaint is registered with us after 24 hours of receipt of the order, we will not be able to replace with the right order.
Any other reasons for cancellations or returns would be handled on a case-to-case basis and we do not guarantee a cancellation or an issuance of refund.
Cancellations And Refund:-
For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds will be processed to the original payment account within 48 business hours of receiving the returned products. The refunded amount may take 2 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
For cash-on-delivery transactions, the refund will be processed via bank transfer based on the billing details you provide. This process will be initiated within 72 business hours of receiving both the returned products and your bank details via email. The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 2 to 3 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
For payments made using discount vouchers, please note that these vouchers are intended for one-time use only. In the event of order cancellation, the voucher amount will not be refunded, as it will be considered redeemed, even if the order is canceled.
Returns And Refund-
In case you have received damaged or incorrect items, you can raise a return/exchange request for a product within 24 hours of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (Kitchenkingrice@gmail.com ) or sending us a message on WhatsApp to + 91-9060949992 within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Step 2: Share your order ID along with your request for a return, replacement, or refund. Please email or WhatsApp an image of the product along with the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: The customer is responsible for arranging the return pickup at their own expense to the designated outlet within 2–4 business days of initiating the return request. The refund or replacement process will be initiated only after the products are received in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
The product has been damaged due to customer negligence, improper use, or incorrect application.
Returned without the original packaging, including price tags, labels, and complimentary items.
The product has been used or modified.
If the request is initiated more than 24 hours after order delivery.
Any other reasons, such as ordering the product by mistake, unavailability at the billing address, or similar circumstances.
